Where do you deliver within Adelaide?
We offer local delivery across the Adelaide metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom party favors, dessert boxes, and corporate gifting. Please contact our team at least 14 days in advance for large custom orders.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of vegan and gluten-free sweets. You can filter our collection by dietary requirements to find treats that suit your needs.
How long will my treats stay fresh?
Most of our confectionery has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months if stored in a cool, dry place. For our fresh baked goods, we recommend consuming them within 3 to 5 days.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer a free 'Click and Collect' service from our Adelaide warehouse. Simply select the pickup option during the checkout process.
